Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is one of the most accessible practices for complete beginners. There is more emphasis on holding a pose for longer, combining gentle postures, breath work, mindfulness and meditation to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body. Hatha classes will help the body to strengthen and to release tension, to stabilize and calm the mind and to work deeply but not fast. Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a more dynamic and fluid form of Hatha Yoga, with emphasis on holding a pose for longer, combining gentle postures, breath work, mindfulness and meditation to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body. You will move with the breath to help the body strengthen and release, to stabilize and calm the mind.
We offer Hatha Flow classes for all levels of Yoga experience.
If you are completely new to Yoga we’d recommend a beginners level Hatha Yoga class or course where you can learn the basics before moving onto Hatha Flow.
Kriya Yoga classes in Master Yoga are excellent if you have injuries, aches and pains. More spiritually oriented practice.
Kriyar Yoga is one of the most widely practised yoga styles in the world. Using the Hatha Yoga postures, Excellent if you have injuries, aches and pains, and is suitable for all ages and bodies.
Classes will be slow paced with clear, precise instruction. The alignment principles you learn in these classes will benefit you in all other styles of Yoga.

About Kriya Yoga
Babaji’s Kriya Yoga is a scientific art of perfect God Truth union and Self-Realization. It was revived by a great Master of India, Babaji Nagaraj, as a synthesis of ancient teachings of the 18 Siddha tradition. It includes a series of techniques or “Kriyas” grouped into five phases or branches.
